He has been backpaid just over $53,000 (3 years), but Daniel wants to fight it further. He knows there are others like him who would not have received anything. He’s made a complaint with the commonwealth ombudsman, which is now investigating Centrelink.

Jamaine left rehab and went straight into homelessness. In just over 12 months he was dead. I spoke to his family and case workers - they all said, there just isn't enough social homes.
