I don’t usually watch “South Park” (I like it, just never became a regular viewer), but if they can cause Donald Trump to stroke out, I’ll bing stream every episode while praying to a golden shrine of Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

Red states are takers, generally 🙄
Newsom: In 2023, Californians contributed $83.1 billion more to the federal government than we received back.

And for your viewers: that other state—Texas—took $71.1 billion more than it contributed to the federal government. California: $83 billion, contributor. Texas: taker.

I couldn’t love @audiecornish.bsky.social more and I already adore her. Deserved and she is 100 percent right, pushing back on Scott, who once off camera compared the show to professional wrestling. Was he joking? He had his patented smirk, so I have no idea, but all I thought at the time was: Ugh.
"He needs a clip for the internet."

It's obvious to the journalists at CNN that Scott Jennings does not engage in a lot of discussion in good faith.

So why has leadership made him a core part of the network's programming?

Under Trump, EPA scientists say they were pressured to make the new chemicals they were vetting seem safer than they really were. They were encouraged to delete evidence of harms, including cancer, from their reports. Sometimes, they say, managers deleted the info themselves.

EPA Scientists Said They Were Pressured to Downplay Harms From Chemicals. A Watchdog Found They Were Retaliated Against.
Three reports issued by the agency’s inspector general detailed personal attacks suffered by the scientists — including being called “stupid,” “piranhas” and “pot-stirrers” — and called on the EPA to take “appropriate corrective action” in response.
