Kedar Mate keynote at #AMIA2025 shared the essence of implementation science IMHO. I often say that i began my career in industry with “here is what i want you to want”. It worked for S Jobs but not so much for me. Now I focus on “what are your needs?” And “how can i help?”

Of 1,977 submissions, overall acceptance rates included:
Panels at 37%,
Regular Papers at 43%,
and Posters at 61%.

A strong presence of student and physician coauthors was called out.
