Hardware Unboxed has tested this with their tools and the results are even worse than the previous article. We're talking 30+ms here. This isn't really acceptable...and I think it could be improved in firmware, which I feel they should consider.

I must admit, I find the situation around the Switch 2's screen deeply frustrating - oh, not the screen itself, but the degree to which people become personally offended, resorting to attacking others who express criticism. It's like people do not want actual information - they want to 'be right'.

The motion clarity on Switch 2 is rather nostalgic in a way. Reminds me of picking up the original PSP over 20 years ago.

Latest: a bipartisan bill in Congress would require federal prisons to promptly notify families when loved ones in custody are seriously ill or die.

I talked to a woman last year who found out her husband died when his status on the BOP website changed to "deceased" reason.com/2025/04/10/b...
Bill would require federal prisons to notify families of serious illness and death
For years, families have complained of cruelty from the federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) when their incarcerated loved ones become seriously ill or die.

NEW: This morning, Speaker Johnson said he won't "second-guess" Donald Trump's pardons of Jan. 6 defendants and said "We’re not looking backwards, we’re looking forwards."

Then he ordered up an investigation of the Jan. 6 committee.

The answer to “Biden has violated a norm by pardoning Hunter” isn’t “no he hasn’t violated that norm” or “it’s justified to violate that norm” but “BULLSHIT that’s a norm.” In fact, political pardons have been offered by both Republicans and Democrats.

So the GOP House Speaker is pushing back against the release of a report that potentially implicates the nominee for the Attorney General 4 "sexual misconduct and illegal drug use and accepted improper gifts."

Where are the calls from Dem leaders Jeffries/Schumer demanding release of this report?
