This sounds like a keystone cops scenario, but is actually an incredibly dangerous situation and an upshot of poor coordination.When I was U.S attorney, we took great pains to minimize this precise risk, which happens when diff agencies are working the same area.

Everyone do what they want, “you be you,” but my humble hope is that as many people as possible carry American flags to the Oct. 18 rally. That will make for the images that will most infuriate the Republicans and best sway the moderates.
