Y'all who keep lecturing protesters to "not give them an excuse" need to pause for a minute. Imagine yourself telling a DV victim, "Be sure not to mouth off or make any mistakes so he won't hit you. Don't give him an excuse! It's what he wants!" That's what you fools sound like.

This is trye on some level…MANY of their constituents DO want this, but there are also some that didn’t really think through the consequences of their votes. They’re flooding GOP town halls and making their voices heard by scaring the crap out of their representatives.
It should go without saying but I find this whole "If the GOP had a spine, they'd stand up to Trump!" As pointlessly performative.
Why would they go against the wishes of their constituents like that? They wouldn't keep their jobs.

I mean….I agree with all of this. However, Robin Williams didn’t just have depression. He was diagnosed with Lewy body disease, which ia a fast acting form of dementia that also involves muscle patalysis.

I like George, but I am leery of anything that claims that war with Iran is a “distraction. Distractions don’t usually cost human lives. Several things are happening concurrently and humans can only focus on a few things at a time. Simple as that.
Bombing Iran is a great way to distract from how your administration is bombing elsewhere.
