Saw a couple of fun new elements on a GBP this morning: an AI-generated summary, and the option to report it. The summary is nicely detailed, and the option to report it will be very helpful over time (I've had a lot of business owners contact Support when they were wrong).

Good thread, @stefansomborac.bsky.social . Since reviews were turned off, schools that changed management were stuck with poor reviews with no way of bringing in new ones that accurately reflected their current state. With this new setup, their GBPs are in a sort of neutral state.
Google no longer shows reviews on the Business Profiles of some types of schools in the UK.
