December 6, 1989. These accomplished young women were killed for being just that - accomplished young women daring to study engineering - at École Polytechnique in Montreal.

A Trump supporter started murdering his way through an assassination list of Democratic law makers FIVE MONTHS AGO. He murdered my colleague Melissa Hortman, and her husband Mark — and attempted to assassinate my dear friend John Hoffman and his wife Yvette. I was also on the hit list. WTF

Just as the Founders intended.
Trump: "By the way, a friend of mine called us the other day and he said 'I'd like to contribute any shortfall you have because of the Democrat shutdown. I'd like to contribute any shortfall you have with the military.' Today, he sent us a check for $130 million. It's gonna go the military."

A very Canadian celebration: motorists were respected, laws were followed.
At Yonge & Dundas Jays fans are obeying the pedestrian scramble, as is the custom & returning to sidewalk each light cycle.

This runs even deeper that we thought. Turns out a long time member of the Federalist Society, tapped by Trump to head the DOJ’s Civil Division, was an Antifa leader all along. Shocking.
Authoritarianism is a cancer. And it's growing, metastasizing. In America. Now.

George was just trying to get to work.

ICE pepper-sprayed him, dragged him from his car, locked him in a detention center, and placed him on suicide watch. He even missed his young daughter’s birthday in the process.

This man is a veteran and American citizen. Don't look away.
"They put me on suicide watch and they put me in the cell, I'm naked, in like a hospital dress and just a concrete bed with like a mattress, like a thin mattress and, they leave the light on 24/7."

I co-wrote Trump’s first anti-terrorism plan in 2017-18. He’s not trying to stop “left-wing” terrorism. He is staging it.

His troop deployments are a false flag — meant to provoke a response in order to justify harsh crackdowns.

This is now very obvious.

I sincerely want to understand: Republicans hold the Presidency, the House, and the Senate but they’ve convinced 1/3 of the population down there that the shutdown is because of the Democrats.

The far right, in this case, includes former CPC leader and current front-row opposition MP Andrew Scheer
The most amazing part of this is that the far right didn't target her because she celebrated Kirk's death or even threw his own words back at them.

She merely expressed a well-founded worry that his murder might inspire the far right to greater violence and they apparently took that as a challenge.
