Sorry but maybe a left wing echo chamber is what we need! For too long we have been listening to the bad faith arguments of the right and it has proved ineffective and unproductive. The left needs a place like Bluesky to organize without the bad faith actors that have made a home on the bird app!

Today I had my first family session w/o the identified patient and I was soooo nervous but it went well! I advocated for the child while sympathizing with mom and provided psychoed on neurodivergence. We love a therapy win!

Alright, let’s see if anybody can help me figure this out. I have hEDS and co. Including vocal cord dysfunction. Occasionally I get this weird clicking/popping/idk feels like a knuckle popping? Feeling deep back in my throat. It isn’t painful, more so discomfort, but isn’t affecting breathing. ?????

My therapist’s baby had to join us today for session, those 4mo shots had her upset. Can I be honest? Best session I’ve had and I’ve had great sessions with her for years now. I love seeing my therapist as her human self and she inspires me to show my human self to my clients when appropriate.
