We're not on George W. Bush's head enough when it comes to No Child Left Behind.

My god today.

Having to put out a fire before I even wash my face... that man must pay for the generational damage he has done to our education system.

Started watching All Her Fault.

Hooked!

So glad I saw y’all talking about this show.

The Dems are so ass backwards in what they do.

You go & consider caving after winning big mere days ago?

Vote out these sellouts next year - overdue to clean house.

We have wrapped up the final session of the Pilot Program for #disabled #college seniors!

One attendee shared this with us - "I am so grateful to have met all of you, and I thank you so much for everything. This helped me beyond words can express."

Grateful & blessed.

Now to cry from joy. LOL.

Wrapped up the 2nd weekend, Day 1 of the pilot program for #disabled #college seniors.

Our speaker - Keah Brown - was great for the fireside chat.

We shared a lot of resources with the group about finances, finding resources, etc.

They liked it, & so did we!

With the release of the Michael Jackson biopic this coming Spring… this might be the time I finally discuss MJ & disability.

It connects to one of the podcast series idea I have percolating outside of the true crime podcast.

Let me put this on the docket for 2026.

Saw how much my health premium is going up.

Not horrible. But it’s wild how there are no changes to make the increase make sense.

What a scam. Goodness.
November 6, 2025 at 10:39 PM
Sure is in rotation.

hey now - new Halloween anthem
tv off - the different moods/shifts of the song - a winner
peekaboo - still #1 in my heart
dodger blue - grew on me, but love it
luther - obviously a fave

Can't believe it will be a year soon since this release. What a gift GNX & its tour is/was.
Coming up on a year since it dropped. Still in rotation? What are your favorites?
November 5, 2025 at 4:58 PM
What is that I smell in the air?

Hope, is that you?

Haven't seen you in years - welcome back & SIT DOWN.

Candidates for 2026 - the blueprint has been used. Follow the winners' lead & flip / win these seats.

Voters - our power is strong. Keep this same energy for '26.

thank you for all the support; the statement from our union is now live here with some more reporting.

now that this is public I can confirm that the majority of today’s layoffs were women of color. there are no longer any Black women working at Teen Vogue.

What sad news to learn.

Teen Vogue has done incredible reporting over the years. To see this has me once again concerned about what journalism will be, esp. right now.
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

“The boys are rapping about serial killing and the lack of mental health services”

This is why I dropped off from rap with the boys. The bad drugs mentions were too much.
“Oh no the girls are rapping about pleasurable sexual experiences and gucci bags”

The boys are rapping about serial killing and the lack of mental health services

They’re really going to let people go hungry.

What a continuously trash timeline we’re in.

The last full meeting for the pilot program for #disabled #college students has ended. We do the 2nd & last weekend with our young folks next weekend.

Got a chat lined up with a prospective illustrator for next week.

Today is ending on a nice note - no complaints from me.

Received the third round of edits on the true crime podcast logo.

I’m liking them a lot! Got two versions, different color arrangements happening.

Going to share with the crew tomorrow who has given me good feedback so far.

I can’t wait to show this off - almost there!

We're at the fun part of conference planning where we're doing outreach to prospective talent & speakers!

We have a good list to work from.

Very nice to get this part going - the list of nominated folks is looking good!

Here I am at 9pm putting together a spreadsheet to capture all of the ideas I see that I could use or remix for my projects.

This will help me organize all of the links I save in my Proj. Transformation folder.

The only way I'd open this laptop on a Sunday - for my work.
