It’s been a few days but I’m still so angry at the fucking glee shown by those champagne-swigging terfs.

You wonder just how much hurt was caused to the family of Brianna Ghey and others, all from those awful old fucking crones and harridans.

I hope they find some peace.

There are no words. This is where "genuine concerns" and "protect our children" leads to. I hope everyone who enabled it rots in hell.
New — The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) was told this week by DOJ that they'd lose their funding if the org didn't remove any mentions of LGBTQIA+ issues from their public materials, I've learned. Staff were told they need to deadname trans kids in their reports to comply.

I’m finally done with twitter. It’s still marginally the best app for news and sport updates, but I can’t deal with the lies, the bots, the hatred and the endless pro-Tr*mp arse-gravy any longer.

Hang on, didn't she tell Holyrood's 2021 Salmond inquiry that she she wasn't aware of any concerns around Alex Salmond's behaviour until the formal complaint was submitted in November 2017?
NEW: Nicola Sturgeon has claimed she 'intervened' to stop Alex Salmond from bullying colleagues 'many times'.

The former first minister said Salmond could be 'really rough on people'.

the "esc" key on a keyboard is a holdover from early-'90s personal computers. on some models it would dispense a can of escargot out of one of the unused drive bays. they put it in the corner so you wouldn't press it by accident because you only got three of them. i pushed it once and got grounded

I swear if threads didn’t have the instagram crossover, it’d have nothing but the worst of the left.

I say this as someone who is on the left, but the worst of that group are all on threads just fucking hating *everything*.

Thank goodness for Bluesky.

If we sack Clement, you’re relying on the same half-filled board that picked him, Beale and Gio to pick his replacement.

Sacking Clement might fix things, but it’ll cost a fortune and recent history is not on our side here.

Quite the day to choose to make the bold pitch that Labour is on the side of the super rich.
Portraying a minuscule tax on inherited wealth or a small increase in private school fees as some radical set of policies is ignorant at best.

Labour is absolutely engaged in a class war, and they've shown they're on the side of the bankers, bosses and super rich.
Starmer rejects claim inheritance tax plan amounts to class war, and says 'vast majority' of farmers won't be affected
