The Russian government does not prioritize the safety of its own citizens or others. It uses its citizens by the hundreds of thousands as cannon fodder in the war against Ukraine. They could not care less about human lives. This is a savage and dangerous country.

The son of a public school teacher, he defends teachers as heroes we should be grateful for rather than villains we should be threatening to punish — as pro-privatization forces would have us believe.

Want to know how manufactured the rage against trans athletes participating in NCAA sports is?

According to the NCAA, there are approximately 510k athletes in collegiate sports, and less than TEN identify as transgender.

Fucking 10.

For the record, that is 0.0000196078%

President Musk knows what's good for you. You may think you know—you may think you have the ability to decide whether or not your current representative is serving you well—but you're wrong. A South African plutocrat with little education actually knows whether your family is being well represented.

‼️All dictatorships are fragile‼️

The catastrophic, avalanche-like crumbling of Assad's regime has demonstrated yet again how unstable dictatorships really are.

Only representative democracies, founded on freedom of choice and social contract are the foundation of stability and peace in the world.
Putin's house of cards is crumbling.
His ally in the Middle East, Assad, seems to be headed towards a fall despite all the support from Russian weapons, aviation, and navy.

The bloody dictator will likely be overthrown.

I dream that in a year or two Putin will be overthrown, too.

We are seeing an evolution in real time in their views of how govt works, now that they have to do something about it. But it is still half-assed. There is fraud in Medicare, mostly on the provider side, but going after "fraud" in Social Security and Medicaid is an excuse for administrative burdens.
Ramaswamy: hundreds of billions of dollars can be cut from Medicaid, Social Security and Medicare through “basic program integrity measures.” Seemingly a starkly different position than Trump took in his first term
