79-year-old Paul Bojerski was born to Polish parents in a WWII German refugee camp. His family legally emigrated to the U.S. when he was 5.

He’s been taken by ICE in Florida.

Recording law enforcement while on duty in public — and sharing that information — is protected by the First Amendment.

Social media companies like Meta shouldn't be interfering with that right.

New suit accuses DHS of using Ghana as an intermediary to send migrants back to their countries of origin, despite orders barring such removal.

One plaintiff is a bisexual man who had been granted deferral of removal to The Gambia. DHS deported him to Ghana, which then sent him back to The Gambia.
