Now the Terraforming Mars expansions are apparently using it too. One of the most popular board games and they're too cheap to even keep using stock photos. If you can't afford to pay artists, then you don't deserve art, especially not when it's created with stolen data.

The biggest enabler for creativity is stability. I wish that was made more central to the creative narrative. Figure out what your specific needs are to limit stressors and enable "boring" time and work to achieve that as hard as you're practicing your art.

What would you want to see out of a tabletop newsletter, either from Dicebreaker or me personally? It'd likely cover everything - TCG, board games, RPGs, wargames - and be framed for a general audience with enthusiast ambitions.

I’m having brutal gen con fomo coupled with general homesickness 😢 I feel such pressure to attend conventions - I have this (irrational?) fear that people will just forget me and my work if I’m not there.
