It has now been 30 days with NO humanitarian aid getting into Gaza.
No food, no water, no medicine, no fuel.

I say “man, this is some bullshit” At work an alarming amount for someone who works in education.

I’m a part time librarian and I just want to echo what I’ve seen other librarians say recently: there is a HUGE uptick in requests for social justice, climate justice, abolition, history, etc books and I just want to say nobody is giving up the fight. If anything people are fighting harder #library

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. To deny gender affirming care is to deny these basic human rights. Any ban on affordable, accessible care is a violation of the Constitution. I wholeheartedly believe this and I will proclaim it until it is resolved or - more likely - death claims me.

That after so many years trans people still have to fight for a right to even exist shall forever remain a stain on humanity's record. A person should be allowed to do what they need to feel at home in their own body, and access to the necessary tools should be as simple and easy as possible.

I work in education, and I can tell you with some certainty why it is this administration and the GOP behave the way they do.
When kids don't have real consequences to misbehavior, they will act out in perpetuity while educators gradually become more and more disillusioned. So too with the GOP.
