Current progress is now 70% (~48% for matched bytes)--great progress was made in two weeks!
This is another reminder about the PaRappa 2 decompilation project, where we reached 64% (~43% for matched bytes) of completion. 🎉

Recently we achieved shiftability (the ability to add & delete code and data).

I-mode leaderboards are now on the Keitai Archive website! Now you can easily check leaderboards for FFVII Snowboarding, Rockman X, and future i-mode games with revived leaderboards. To join in, go to "Get Network UID" in Keitai World Launcher and follow the instructions.

What I'm currently working on:
When 3D racers are enabled, the small ranking portraits now also show the current appearance (even with costumes!).
This is done by capturing image data from the frame buffer in the Player Select screen.

I've made a little device that takes a 2 button #MSX joystick on one end and poops out a USB gamepad on the other side. There's an auto-fire option that can be (de)activated by holding down one of the fire buttons and rotating the stick a couple of times.

Crash Team Racing for example uses both, where a stage is split up into "rooms" (BSPs), and visibility regions (PVS) exist within those rooms so the PS1 has even less to render, further improving performance
