It is very gratifying to finally have hard data on a phenomenon that we have all suspected to be the case since they started restricting mail and books from our groups.
Those unreliable drug tests jail officials use to justify banning physical mail bc they say people are getting mailed drug soaked letters… turn out to even more unreliable than previously reported
