Kadınların eşit miras hakkı Diyanetin hedefinde: Kız çocuklarının Allah’ın takdir ettiği hakka razı olmaması kul hakkıdır
Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı eşit miras hakkını hedefe koydu. Bu gün camilerde okuncak Cuma hutbesinde “Kız çocuklarının Allah’ın takdir ettiği hakka razı olmaması kul hakkıdır” ifadeleri yer alıyor.
İktidar olduğundan bu yana medeni kanunu ve nafaka hakkını hedefe koyun AKP hükümetinin hedefinde kadınların eşit miras hakkı da var.
Bir süredir “Tapuda mirasın eşit paylaştırılması zorunluluğu sona erdi” ya da “kardeşler arası miras kavgaları bitiyor” şeklindeki haberlerle miras ve tapu işlemlerinde “zorunlu olmayan arabuluculuk” konusunda zorunluymuş gibi algı yaratılarak kadınların eşit miras hakkı ellerinden alma çabası sürüyordu.
Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı’nın bugün tüm camilerde okutulacak Cuma Hutbesi'nde de kadınların eşit miras hakkı hedefe kondu.
Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nın bu hafta camilerde okutulmak üzere 81 ile gönderdiği hutbenin başlığı, "Kul Hakkı Ateşten Gömlektir" şeklinde oldu.
Hutbede miras konusuna da yer verildi. Karşılıklı rıza olmadan Allah'ın koyduğu miras ölçüsünü değiştirmenin ilahi adalete aykırı olacağı, kız çocuklarının mirastan mahrum bırakılması ve yine kız çocuklarının Allah'ın takdir ettiği hakka razı olmamasının kul hakkına gireceği ifade edildi.
Hutbedeki ilgili kısım şu şekilde;
Değerli Müminler! Karşılıklı rıza olmadan Yüce Rabbimizin koyduğu miras ölçüsünü değiştirmek ilahî adalete aykırıdır. Dolayısıyla kişinin; kız çocuklarını mirastan mahrum bırakması, kız çocuklarının da Allah’ın takdir ettiği hakka razı olmaması kul hakkıdır. Arazi sınırlarını ihlal ederek başkasının mülkünü gasp etmek, asılsız gerekçelerle insanların mallarına el koymak, yalan beyanlarla insanları mağdur etmek ateşten gömlek giymektir.

Sinking approval ratings mean only one thing: they have to make sure that this picture does not reflect on ballots; to distort democratic representation they have to restrict voting rights (birth certificate requirement) and radically gerrymander strategically important districts.

At conferences, I try to attend panels whose themes lie outside of my comfort zone. Sometimes I find hidden gems. But most often I am convinced that my choice of specialization was quite right. I still find topics like electoral rules, energy, and sanctions boring.
