Eloise Bridgerton just wants to read her books and make snarky comments about society and that is why she is my favorite character on BRIDGERTON.

At every single stage of my life there has been a movie or show suited for my age group in which Catherine O’Hara was a standout player. This just sucks, man.

It really bothers me that I don't know the connotations of foreign names. Some random person in a foreign movie could have a name that's the Korean equivalent of "Melvin" or the Italian version of "Karen" and I won't ever know and it kills me

This evening, don't forget to leave out:
-Cookies & milk for Santa Claus
-A fresh thwacking rod for Krampus
-A used air filter for the Yuletide Miasma
-A room-temp 2-liter Dr Pepper and DVD copy of Phantom of the Opera for Radley

That should about cover all of the beloved Christmas characters

I can’t pretend this is a festive suggestion as I’m not sure that a book about the trial of a woman who poisoned her in-laws is a tactful Christmas present, but The Mushroom Tapes: Conversations on a Triple Murder Trial by Helen Garner, Chloe Hooper and Sarah Krasnostein is just too brilliant 1/4

Every Knives Out movie, there's a character that you're like "ah, i know what shitty celeb was on Johnson's mind".
Glass Onion it was Elon Musk.
Wake Up, Dead Man was Orson Scott Card and he's so fucking right.

I really liked Knives Out, enjoyed Glass Onion and loved Wake Up, Dead Man! I’d be very happy to be treated to a new Benoit Blanc mystery every couple of years. I wish Netflix would put them in theaters for more than limited runs and also that they would drop “A Knives Out Mystery”.

WAKE UP DEAD MAN is Josh O'Connor's first lead role in a Big Movie and it's a genuine movie star performance. he's in almost every scene, is forced to play a huge range of emotion, and is utterly charismatic regardless of what he's asked to do. whatever "it" is, he's got it
