My wife saw two cars pulled over on her way to drop off the kids this morning. One was a construction truck with workers who looked Latino. They were surrounded by 8 cops, clearly more than required.
The other was an El Camino with Latino-appearing occupants. The car was blocked in by 2 cop cars.
