So I work in a business-to-business call center. One of our biggest clients recently started using an AI agent to make calls to us and I have never felt so dehumanized. Of course, it is absolutely useless at performing this job, but I doubt that's going to dissuade them 🫠

I just checked in on an old natural language chatbot I used to mess around with 25 years ago because ChatGPT and the like really remind me of that style of text processing... It's still being updated, and now it uses ChatGPT. Little wonder there, I guess.
