LOOK AT THIS SHIT: Marines and ICE team up in a show of force, turning a community swap meet into a surveillance operation.

Witnesses say people were cornered, forced to identify themselves, and had their photos taken — without suspicion or a warrant.

This is a police state.

MUST WATCH: He told his mom white men in trucks were trying to kill him

Weeks later, in 2022, Rasheem Carter’s head was found—severed from his spine. His body scattered.

No arrests. No outrage. No justice.

They want you to think lynching ended with Emmett Till. It didn’t. It just went off camera.

The ICJ decision to dismiss the case against the UAE charged with genocide in Sudan will only embolden them to ramp up their support for the RSF including their drone support. These international systems of justice don't work, they merely delay justice.

This was one of my favourite museums in Africa, possibly the world. Sudan has one of the longest documented histories on the continent, and the extent of pillage that has happened here is devastating.
A video recorded by Sudan Tribune yesterday that shows the sheer scale of looting of Sudan National Museum. There are artifacts that have survived every plague, invasion, and occupation for millennia and predate the birth of Christ that have not survived this war.

Above all, the conflict minerals narrative reproduces a problematic kind of African exceptionalism. Whereas war in other settings is often acknowledged to be the product of a more complex type of geopolitics, history, and ideology, warfare in Africa is reduced to naked greed.
