I sawed a pile of logs today. I own a chainsaw but did the job by hand. Takes more time but I enjoy it, no dressing up in protective gear and suffering the noise. My wife says I’m weird. Any opinions?

The UK scores poorly on voter registration. Around 7 million to 8mn people are missing from the registers. The UK does not have a system of automatic voter registration, which is present in global leaders such as Iceland, where everyone is enrolled without a hiccup.
Iceland has a successful system of automatic voter registration & electoral system judged to be fair to smaller parties. Countries that score highly include Sweden, Denmark, Canada, Finland & Lithuania. The UK is 24th out of 39 European countries.

So the UK Met Office is inviting people to suggest up to 5 names for storms.
And apparently lots of people have been suggesting "Storm Bigoil", along with BP, Equinor, Exxon & Shell...
