I am really tired of hearing, "we can't email it to you, it's a HIPAA violation." No it's not, you are lazy and have gaslighted your staff and patients. I don't need to go to the office to get a copy of lab order.

I use to be able to click 1 button in Gmail to add all the appointments listed in a single email. Now it just provides quick links to the days the appointments will be on with no easy way to add them besides manually. Loss of features, the Google way!

Can't say I was thinking that the CDC and the federal reserve being the wall keeping us falling farther down the hole. But glad to see someone has a spine since no one else was standing up.

Oh, and Express Scripts sucks. A 30-day supply of medicine (4 injectables) went from $58 to $1040 with no notice. I got my notice on Saturday, and 3 weeks after it happened.

3 pharmacies, 5 phone calls, and I still fighting to get one pill delivered to me. If I use my preferred option, I get charged 4-5x the price. I have use my insurance's preferred to save 90 day supply but won't send a 90 day supply. I run out today,they want me to call my doc for a gap fill order.

If you must travel to the US at the moment, go through preclearance at a foreign airport. For EU visitors this means flying through Dublin or Shannon. If there's a problem, better an unexpected stay in Dublin than in a holding cell in JFK. Activists and trans women are particularly at risk.

Express Scripts is scam, con, and monopoly. Adding convenience fee that is 4x of the cost of the medicine is absolutely bullshit. Oh and b/c it's a fee it doesn't count towards out of pocket max or the max deductible.

Man, it would suck to be a government contractor right now... Oh wait. Shit, that's me. The high school graduates that have access to trillions of dollars 100% have not cleared. Even fast tracked it would still take months. My question is why hasn't the OIG stepped in? Maybe not enough reports?
