Trump's White House demolition is "the encapsulation of what Trump is doing to the presidency and what he is attempting to do to the country." Read @monacharen.bsky.social on that today: www.thebulwark.com/p/trump-mar-...

Voters should pick their representatives, not the other way around. Glad to get the chance to talk to some of the volunteers and organizers doing the hard work to make sure Prop 50 passes. This vote will have critical implications, not just for California, but for our entire country.

Maybe this is obvious to everyone but…why does the White House need a ballroom? It has enough space for state dinners, no? Is this for dances? Weddings? Storing classified documents?

Just confused so the reason would be helpful thx

I for one think the Epstein Ballroom will be magnificent. I love the decor theme of “what if Uday Hussein ran a Ramada Inn.” And giving it a theme song everyone will associate with it is a stroke of brilliance! “Thank Heaven for Little Girls” is very catchy.

That visual is powerful b/c you're watching destruction of the rule of law as those walls come down"

Releasing a health care plan is not negotiating. It's...releasing a health care plan. Odd that the House speaker doesn't understand that basic point.
COLLINS: If you have a healthcare plan, why not have that out there to talk about in the public so people can hear it?

MIKE JOHNSON: We need to get back to regular session so we can. We will not negotiate with legislative terrorists
