These kinds of users are much harder to deal with than far-right trolls because they mask their hatred as aggressively pushing for inclusivity & tolerance. They tend to gain a lot of support among activists, despite being extremely toxic and torpedoing every attempt at any real and positive change.

I think the important historic context about Bluesky is while it's seen as a safe space for people who fled Elon-Twitter, it was not designed to be that. It was a misguided side-project created by the previous Twitter CEO (Jack Dorsey) after he learned zero lessons from what happened to Twitter. 1/?
