Hopefully this is a sign they’re bringing EA Sports College Football to Switch next year. Or I’d take PC too since then I could play on ROG Ally.

Herbstreit: "Arch is struggling on third down"... actually no he isn't. Until that last pass where Moore was tackled, the other 3rd downs were all drops.

Be nice if when they grab our WRs or DEs the refs could throw a flag instead of 8 on us.

Arch has been sharp and the WR and penalties are killing any momentum. Every one of his four incompletions could have been caught and 3 of them were flat out drops.

Missed it yesterday but did a Pierce Brosnan #LastFourWatched after Netflix promoted After the Sunset and Dante’s Peak to me. Dante’s Peak was fun 90s classic disaster flick. Every non Daniel Craig Bond movie I’ve seen is bad though.

My #LastFourWatched is me getting into Noirvember a bit. Chinatown was great. Dick Tracy is so weird. #LetterboxdFriday

No f***ing thanks I’m good.

Depends on what low-cost means here. There’s already a $600 MacBook Air at Walmart. The Chromebooks people actually buy cost $200. I feel like an Apple laptop with MSRP of $499 that is actually sold on Apple.com is the floor here.

Dodgers still suck.

That was all my fault. I changed shirt right before the overturned touchdown pass to Mosley.

Interesting to start getting anti ICE raids auto-inserted ads on my Texas Longhorns football podcasts after years of hearing all about how we need school choice and free markets and (my favorite) how great coal is for the environment ads.

#LastFourWatched is a mix of airplane watches, Netflix offline downloads, and a family movie night while traveling with the fam to Greece. #LetterboxdFriday

Watched Mamma Mia via VPN from greece with the family. Better than I remembered or maybe I just appreciated more? boxd.it/bnAR6D
A ★★★½ review of Mamma Mia! (2008)
Had to VPN in to use US Netflix from Greece to watch this from a Santorini villa with the family.

Never has so much been used by so few for so little.
You know, it reminds me of medieval cathedrals at this point. Huge edifices that took literal generations to complete, a vast investment of resources: time, materials, money, even lives. All for the glory of god, because people thought (as they always do) they were living in the End Times.
OpenAI’s planned data centers will use more power than New York City & San Diego use at their peak consumption, combined. More power than the entire nations of Switzerland & Portugal combined. And San Altman’s buddies in this administration have been cutting all of our energy infrastructure upgrades

It's 90 degreens and the Texas Longhorns biffed it to say the least. But my Texas A&M, TCU, Dodgers/Phillies multiview also includes the Wyoming game and it looks like this and all is right with the world.

I had this exact conversation with my mid 40s wife yesterday about what she wanted to do for a career.

As a person who watches 120+ Braves games per year on MLB.tv (yes even this year), this stuff is just one example of dozens why watching national coverage with national announcers is a degraded experience.
Like… *I* know who’s pitching and who’s hitting. But it feels like something ESPN should also put on the screen somewhere

Went and saw One Battle After Another tonight. Maybe a little too on topic with current events for where my head is at, but also really great and often freaking hilarious. boxd.it/bbH7yH

Hopped from Coens’ binge and O Brother into three George Clooney movies I’d never seen. They were all solid but just okay. #lastfourwatched #letterboxdfriday

Another @blankcheck.bsky.social related mini marathon this time #LastFourWatched is Coen brothers rewatches. O Brother is only one I’ve seen remotely recently. All bumped up a bit this time, especially Big Lebowski. #LetterboxdFriday

And it’s glorious to watch.
Oklahoma State had been outscored 85-6 in the last six quarters of football.

Watch out if there is a button on these. Had a ugreen one I liked but it started beeping randomly because the button was too sensitive and my butt would randomly trigger it.

Somebody call Charlie Strong, maybe he still has the old Tyrone Swoopes playbook sitting around.
