Ukraine, France & the UK signed a declaration on post-war multinational forces in Ukraine.
Macron said Ukraine’s Armed Forces will be the first deterrent line, planned at 700,000 troops.
The document also mentions US support for enforcing and monitoring a ceasefire, plus joint air/sea/land planning.
