Turns out that the murder of Charlie Kirk wasn't a political assassination, after all. It was just a run-of-the-mill "gang war" murder from within the ranks of MAGA. The alleged murderer -- Tyler Robinson -- appears to be a "groyper", or follower of white supremacist Nick Fuentes.

Incredible. Federal prosecutors are seeing many cases of people accused of assaulting Border Patrol agents being turned down by grand juries!

Los Angeles federal prosecutors are privately saying it’s because CBP agents are just “arresting first and asking questions later.”

Their mantra is “own the libs”. It’s literally the most important thing to the MAGA cult. They will celebrate the most heinous evil if it means they can get a dig in at one of their political enemies.

What's the over/under on the amount of time until the MAGA cult realizes that THEY are the ones who will suffer the most from this bill?
Trump's megabill is terrible for the people who voted for him. But will they be too dumb to notice?

She needs to testify before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Border Security and Immigration.
House Dems are demanding that Noem testify before Congress after Sen. Padilla was detained by federal agents at her DHS press conference in LA.

🚨 Secretary Noem basically said that her agency is now dedicated to forcible regime change…in American cities and states.

There should be no doubt that Secretary Noem, her staff, and her detail knew exactly who Senator Padilla was, and his exact location at all times. This was planned, bank it. Don't fall for this "oh, we didn't know who it was" nonsense. It's an absurd notion.
There's no word to describe physically assaulting a US Senator for attending a press conference and asking a question other than authoritarianism.
Wow. California Sen. Alex Padilla is wrestled and detained by federal officers after showing up to DHS Sec. Kristi Noem's press conference in LA. (video from Bill Melugin of Fox News)

The court has ruled in our favor.

The Trump Admin is BLOCKED from deploying the federalized National Guard to patrol Los Angeles streets as our case continues.

This is a win for the rule of law.

We will never stop fighting to defend it.

Never mind that Padilla is the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Border Security and Immigration.
Seems worth noting that Noem's story is that "no one knew who" Padilla was. Hmmm. You're in CA with US marines in LA. CA.... I think two senators? You don't know what one of the state's two senators looks like?

It seems to me that the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Border Security and Immigration should schedule an immediate hearing and invite the Secretary of Homeland Security to testify so that the committee's ranking member can formally introduce himself to her.
