Regardless of my opinions on the Metroid community, I think that Nintendo shot themselves in the foot by not releasing Prime 2 + 3 on Switch. From so many of the discussions I've been seeing about 4, it really feels like people's only exposure to the series was the first game.

I hope Metroid Prime 5 has another threat instead of Sylux. Or at least not have be the main one. Mad dog villiains are so lame. It’s near impossible to care about someone unreasonable. It feels like it’s his only string.

According to my in-game time I’m about seven hours into Metroid Prime 4 and despite a shaky start like with every brand new game I love it! It’s so richly detailed and honestly a lot of fun! I feel like Dee Dee in the intro to Dexter’s Lab restlessly running and looking at everything. So much to see
