“Unitary executive” sounds so much better than “dictator”, doesn’t it? Guess what word you won’t find in this NYT article? Yeah, you guessed, it’s “dictator”. And guess what phrase you won’t find when the NYT writes about, eg, Kim Jung-Un? Yeah, it’s “unitary executive.”
