I'm thinking of doing the "Requiem for a dream" diet.
Now I know there is a chance I could end up in a state of comatose dissociation after being found high in the streets and subjected to barbaric mental health treatment, but are there any downsides?

I've seen a lot of confusion online but as a person in a corporate office I can tell you that the unquestioned continuation of a valueless goat department by people seemingly unqualified to care for them is the most realistic element of the show.
