The thing that kills me about this changing your mind argument is that puberty blockers literally give kids the chance to figure out their gender identity before any permanent choices are made. Like, you decide your gender matches your sex assigned at birth, you stop taking blockers, puberty happens
Kav says it comes down to whether the state has sufficient justifications for banning the treatments for minors. Basically saying that heightened scrutiny doesn't matter if the state has a good reason.
