There are basically no cops here, just tens of thousands of people orderly protesting our fascist government from the New York Public Library to Madison Square Park. Volunteers are moving people in the right direction. It’s beautiful.

I have never seen anything like this in NYC. 5th Ave covered from 42nd St well to the 20s. Nobody prepared for this volume. Volunteers are holding the traffic on all the side streets. No police in sight. #handsoff

The only bird flu death we've had in the U.S. was someone infected by backyard birds. Last week the CDC reported on a person in Wyoming who was hospitalized with bird flu after being infected by backyard poultry. I'm not sure getting your own birds solves this crisis.
Trump’s Sec of Agriculture Brooke Rollins says the solution to high egg prices for Americans is to get some chickens and raise them in your backyard.
