Every major presidential scandal in American history would be, at most, a secondary story in an average day of Trump's second term.
Any other POTUS would rightly be impeached/convicted/removed w/in a day if they put a foreign Air Force base in Idaho in exchange for a personal Air Force One.

I guess Trump seriously miscalculated how important the Epstein Files are to the MAGA base and how willing Dems would be to throw Bill Clinton to the wolves. Trump ran on releasing the Files, assuming he could distract his base enough to have them forget about them... as they always do.
