I have written roughly 35,000 words about HALLOWEEN in the last 31 days. I think it might make a nice book. Seriously.

Any horror/film studies publishers interested in this?

A 1964 ad for RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER — which is back on NBC tonight 8pm ET.

The Rankin/Bass classic debuted on THE GENERAL ELECTRIC FANTASY HOUR — and the characters appeared in ads for G.E. products.

We did not see movies in theaters twice when I was a kid but I forced my Dad to make an exception for this one.
With traces of The Karate Kid & Home Alone pulsing through its DNA, the Jon Turteltaub-directed action comedy hit is light on its feet, bouncing between fights & laughs with campy, colorful momentum. If anything, its a solid pop culture time capsule of pure early 90s kids entertainment.
