I actually like variant dungeons as semi-challenging content you can do solo, it's a pity there's not much incentive to do them besides the collectibles. Like, I get that they're side content and you don't do them for tomestones, but 15 poetics is... kinda insulting?

Why am I so against generative AI in games?
Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

The game needs to get over its time bubble fetish and let Hien, Lyse, Raubahn, Runar, Cid, Nero, and everyone stuck in the sidequest limbo get relevant again. Oh, and Alisaie and Alphinaud need to grow and Ali needs to get her fucking PhD and a nobel for undoing tempering.

Caranraw has some body hair and a bit more fat than the in-game model, but aside from that he's pretty much like he appears in-game.

yeah this is a big part of what I miss about forums in general

the 'clubs' they mentioned are a thing that just does NOT exist anymore. I honestly think that's the biggest hole
like, clubs, or lj comms, or single-interest forums just do not exist. Today you toss fanart/discussion onto an open sea and pray other fans will see it and engage, and if not, too bad
