yeah this is a big part of what I miss about forums in general
we might be very different in our other opinions but whatever the community was that we joined? everyone was there for that and that common ground meant a lot

If riffing on a Johnny Cash song is worthy of a suspension but wishing a whole category of people to vanish from Earth is not, all you're doing is rolling down a red carpet for the people who can coat their hate in the right amount of sugar to be considered "playing by the rules".
