I like Doctor Who, Hip-Hop, 303s, 808s, Aphex Acid and The Arsenal. No Flux Given
I loved (and still love) this book. I could spend hours as a kid just staring at all the art. Beautiful

A bit of nonsense from a few years back, and pretty fitting with The War Between the Land and the Sea almost here, not to mention the new feature-length cut of The Sea Devils. If you love #DoctorWho and absurdly niche 1970s comic classifieds, this one’s for you. Enjoy!

I was listening to this and thinking how 'Water Treatment Works' might actually be my new favourite @warringtonruncorn.com track. And then 'Renewal and Regeneration' comes along...
Turns out all of it is an absolute treat for the earholes. As ever

Exactly. Always was gutted I missed out on this Lego Castle set as a kid. Then at 41 I figured 'what's the point of having a job if it's not for this kind of thing'

Are there equivalents to firms and ultras in the Doctor Who community? Pertwee and McGann fans kicking the crap out of each other outside the Fitzroy Tavern on a Saturday afternoon
There's not much difference between being a Doctor Who fan and being a football fan. We both have teams we support, collect stats, rate some seasons above others and like going to the pub with like-minded people.

In the spirit of not overthinking and getting on with something new, here’s the first in a new run of video blogs. Just a little introduction, but there is a new work in progress track to listen to as well…

Should take no longer than making and drinking a cuppa to watch. 😉

One for @urbanprehistorian.bsky.social - I was reading this morning about the Asda 'Price Promise' stones that were erected across the country in the 90s

Some are definitely on the way to being archaeological monuments, such as this one in Trumfleet, South Yorkshire

I have a hyper charged Proustian rush whenever I see it. No diminished returns, my childhood alive again
The McCoy title sequence still gives me goose bumps every damn time! I know that some people are critical of it, but as a child of the McCoy era I'm completely incapable of seeing it as anything other than beautiful and brilliant! #DoctorWho
