Proud of the Boiler students. Solidarity in action.
Last week, the Indiana University administration asked their student newspaper not to print any news stories in the Homecoming edition. When the faculty advisor refused, IU fired him and ended paper printing. So students at the Purdue paper printed the IU edition and drove it down to Bloomington!

People who say things like "we achieved racial equality through MLK doing peaceful protests" tend to ignore three major facts:
1. We never achieved racial equality.
2. There were literally hundreds of violent race riots in the 60s.
3. They killed MLK. They fucking shot that dude anyway. Come on.

US doctors, who disproportionately hail from rich families, are commonly overburdened with debt (although many avoid this via family money), and then compensatorily overpaid, shaping a deeply ingrained ideology of self-righteous grievance conjoined with capitalist entitlement that’s hard to shift.

School vouchers cost Indiana taxpayers $439 million last year, mostly going to families who could already afford private school tuition.
