I find it interesting that the making of Half-life was like a National Lampoon style adventure of throwing shit at the wall whereas the making of Half-Life 2 was akin to a war story.
Really hard to not just go through Half-Life, Portal, Half-Life 2 and Portal 2 again. Something in the air around this time that gets me in a hard core Valve mood.
