1. Trump's Anti-Trans HHS Report authors have been unmasked, and as someone said, "Now we know why they were previously kept anonymous."

It's a who's who of hate groups and billionaire-funded anti-trans activists.

We detail the names in our latest report.

Trump's Anti-Trans Report Authors Revealed: Hate Groups and Billionaire-Funded Anti-Trans Activists
The majority of the “expert” comments cited in the “peer review” seem to be just as ignorant as the authors about the reality of trans people’s care.

Today, November 20th, serves not only as a memorial, but also as a clarion call to confront the systemic injustices that creates an environment of fear and hostility towards my community—the transgender community—particularly towards black trans women and trans women of color.

1. Nearly every transgender person walks this earth knowing people like us who are no longer with us.

In writing about transgender people every day, I hold in my heart the people who are now our ancestors, and I try to bring their light forward.

These are the people I'm remembering today.

Appreciate the support but you must drop your support of KOSA. This will censor anything transgender 🏳️‍⚧️ online and anything else especially with this regime and republicans persecuting us.

Since people asked, my top places for trans people right now are France, Australia (parts), Canada (parts), Spain (though politics there are tenuous), Iceland, Uruguay.
It's being reported that New Zealand has banned puberty blockers for transgender youth. I removed New Zealand from my recommendations to families fleeing a while back after the far right saw a surge in power in the country.

Sad day for NZ trans youth.

Like with the KOSA, please start showing the same opposition against the plans of repealing Section 230. Call your lawmakers everyday and let them know why we need it and the dangers it’s dismantlement will lead us to with an authoritarian regime hellbent on making America become North Korea 2.0!

I just called two of my Democratic Senators and told them that their free speech will also be no more if they allow MAGA extremists to destroy Section 230. You can’t be an ally to those you promise to protect if you’re willing to take away the shield that protects our digital rights from lawsuits!

I wouldn't be here today if not for the internet, the friendship, the spaces, the communities, I've needed it. The internet is a tool for us to come together, to find each other and ourselves.

Censorship will take it all away from everyone.
Online resources are vital for queer and trans communities, especially youth.

Fight for the Future does good work. I've signed their petition against the KOSA bill. A "child safety" bill can be a Trojan horse for surveillance and targeting of the LGBTQ community.
LGBTQ youths experience real-life abuse and depression due to their gender identity/sexuality. The internet provides crucial validation absent in their toxic environments. Legislation targeting digital acceptance under the guise of "child safety" threatens these youths' digital rights and well-being

As a gay teen, I had to face talk-downs at home, homophobic jokes at school, and condemnations at church, and it puts a toll on my mental health. I always turn to the internet where I can watch positive queer vids and write BxB stories. Imagine how more damaging it be for me if KOSA had passed then.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on KOSA on December 9th (originally scheduled November 18th). Also, KOSA is being included in a package of dangerous bills (COPPA 2.0, Sammy's Law, App Store Accountability Act, etc.).

Contact your Senators and Representatives ASAP!
So what can you do? 🤔

1. Continue pressuring your lawmakers, let them know how unpopular and dangerous censorship and surveillance bills are.

2. Spread the word! Many people have no idea the internet they know and love is under threat.

The Trump administration doesn't care at all what science says about how gender-affirming care improves the mental health of trans youth and that it stops them from having suicidal thoughts. Now they're weaponizing hospital funding to ban trans care nationwide.
