Rolling back opioid prescribing restrictions is necessary. Cutting people with chronic pain off from their meds has pushed them to the street supply, where overdose risk is far greater. This was bad policy from the start. It’s okay to admit a mistake has been made. #CPP

It’s been a tough week for my health. Hormone ups & downs have thrown my #migraine #pain into chaos. & the weather is wreaking havoc on my #fatigue. I did manage a short hike with Whiskey on Friday. Huge shifts in barometric pressure start tomorrow am & continue Wednesday. Fingers and paws crossed.

I’m glad she’s speaking out, but where’s the empathy? Reminds me of people who are now in pain and can’t get pain meds, but didn’t care about others in pain. Can we only care about others after we are actually in their shoes? This is part of the problem with America today.
