I scribble like a 19th century, futsy doctor declaring, “blood-letting is as advanced as we’ll ever get.”
He honestly needs to go scorched Earth — even more so than Conan did back in the day.
Colbert comes out swinging. Gonna be a fun 10 months...

I also love how easy you can bring up an old book that you’re reading and no one bats an eye at the age of the book, because the party is, indeed timeless.
You're not "late to the party" when you enjoy an old book for the first time. Books don't have an RSVP deadline. The party started long ago, and guests show up when they're meant to.

My wife and I have been playing catch up on some TV shows and starting some new ones. Damn, the season premiere for Silo was great! I really appreciated the strong start.

I finally finished my reviews for “Absolute Batman #1” as well as “Absolute Wonder Woman #1,” and while I can see where Absolute Batman was striving for I think it missed the mark. However, I found Absolute Wonder Woman to be a blast even with a limiting page count.

I wrote a thing. I actually had a customer service interaction that worked for me and got a new read outta the deal, so I call that a win-win.
Just browsing, but thank you.

Who am I? Still working on that, but here is what I do know: I write stuffs. I write genre fiction and about comics on SubStack, since I got tired of the editorial and freelance grind. I took a long break to start a family and now I talk nerdy to me wife and regale the kiddos about Spider-Man.
