According live maps from web portal "Marine Traffic" not a single oiler is currently docked in the most import Russian port of Novorossiysk. A few tanker are cruising outside the port but refrain from getting any closer for now.

In case anyone was wondering, what the russian Central Bank is saying is that bad debts are absolutely not a problem, everything is fine, and oh yeah we are going to start destroying businesses en masse by denying struggling companies credit because that’s fine.

In another story on how "there's no gasoline shortage in Russia" in Ulyanovsk Lukoil gas stations that were opened in February are being sold on Avito for 150 million rubles. It casually mentions that Lukoil gas stations are permanently out of gasoline...

While gasoline shortages also play their part, commercial transport runs on diesel.
Increased transport costs were a major driver of global COVID inflation.
Now we’ll potentially get to see the effect fuel shortages will have on russian inflation. Or help empty store shelves.

Just to point something out. At a time when you have to introduce a moratorium on bankruptcies for wheat farmers, when the buckwheat harvest is collapsing and you can't produce enough potatoes to say you are building greenhouses for bananas sounds insane.

And this is because of how well things were going before you couldn’t buy gasoline.
At AvtoVAZ that makes Ladas due to the cost cutting measures they lowered the salaries from 100-120 000 rubles to 45-50 000 rubles when they switched to a 4 day work week. People are quitting en masse so they made it only possible to quit on Friday:
