Columbia Road Flower Market goes back to 1869. It served the old local French Huguenot population who were keen on cut flowers, they were also keen on caged song birds too, and one of the streets pubs is still called ‘The Birdcage’ as an echo of this time.

No other party says the basic truth: migration is good for Britain.

The real problem? Inequality, soaring bills, underfunded public services.

That’s driven by the greed of the super rich and the Labour government who serve them - not by migrants.
