Life is a balancing act.
I've recently been to a big city hospital for x rays & today a dermatology consultation, all appointments were quickly arranged, efficient, friendly staff & a very positive experience.
I asked reception staff to pass on thanks to the teams for great service, they were delighted. 🙂

Guys, you need to understand something about Elon Musk and Twitter.

He didn't run it into the ground. He didn't trash its value. He paid $44b not to *have* something but to *do* something: to weaponise people's stupidity and translate it into *personal political power*.

He succeeded.

‘We learned the hard way’: Samoa remembers a deadly measles outbreak and a visit from RFK Jr
A few months before the outbreak in 2019, Kennedy travelled to Samoa and met with anti-vaccine figures, contributing to what health experts claim was a ‘significant disinformation campaign’

It’s exhausting just how many ways people find to exploit the vulnerable.

If you have kids. Please don’t allow them unfettered use of generative AI. It is not benign.

Please spare a thought for James Dyson, the Brexit-voting billionaire who bought up 33,000 acres of farmland to avoid tax then moved his business to Singapore. He's the real victim here.

If you bring central London to a halt in order to campaign against catastrophic climate change then you're a "barmy" eco "fanatic" who deserves to be locked up.

If you do the same to hang on to your multimillion pound inheritance tax exemption then you're a brave freedom fighter defying the odds

I see a lot of people distancing themselves from friends / family. I understand. Your frustration is valid. If that's what you need, do it.

But if you're still willing and able to put in the energy to pull them out of the rabbit hole, here's how to begin that process.

What’s with the price of winter jumpers this year?
Basic everyday jumpers that used to be around £10-£15 are now £25+!!
They are all very dull and drab and baggy.😕
They don’t suit me and make me look like a Michelin man under a thick coat.😆
