The results in NYC (Mamdani) and Virginia (Spanberger) convey different messages. They are very different voter bases. I suspect the nation is more aligned with Spanberger, that centrist liberal politics isn't dead (even in NYC), but Cuomo was an appallingly poor candidate. Still, congrats to all!

It's swell that the FBI is exposing fraud and criminal schemes in sports betting. It's a great distraction from the graft and corruption in the current administration, like the insider trading around the tariff flip-flopping, or Tom Homan, or Trump's current grab at $230 million of taxpayer money.
