At a minimum, ICE needs to be restricted to actual immigration enforcement using normal police procedures: no masks, no paramilitary gear, actual substantiated warrants, accountability to the law and the rights of citizens and legitimate detainees.

Trump has blown this way out of proportion and the retaliatory cuts of child care targeted at blue states is unconscionable, but Walz should have opted to weed out the corruption and fight. Dems are always buckling where the Republicans would stonewall.
