I think the 80% of farmers who voted for Trump are complete morons but these Republicans obviously think that they’re a lot dumber than I do. I mean, Trump’s been pretty vocal about his trade war and I’m pretty sure these folks know when the soybean orders stopped coming.

The text and history all point in one direction and the counter-arguments are patently fraudulent. I am going to lose my mind

Trump's "order" is also at directly odds with the Supreme Court's own rulings, commencing with United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898); and the order's attempts to distinguish the 1898 decision are makeweight. But the Trumped Court has little respect for its own precedents....
